Packing & Delivery Policy

IndiGalleria shall pack the piece(s) of Art and picked up by our trusted Shippers. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, (in promotion periods this may be waived at per discretion of IndiGalleria from time to time), which means we may complement the shipping charges and IndiGalleria will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment which is IndiGalleria responsibility and a short video of the art piece in order and packed correctly will be shared with the buyer before shipping. All artwork will be shipped within the deadline of 7 days. If at the end of the 7-day period, the artwork has not been shipped the order will be canceled and the order amount shall be refunded to the buyer. If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the buyer and the artwork is returned to IndiGalleria then the order will be treated as a “return” and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again if s/he is interested in the same artwork.

Shipping in India
We offer free shipping for both rolled and framed paintings all over India. We only work with reputed courier partners for domestic deliveries. Delivery timeframe may vary as per delivery address which we will inform to buyer well in time. 

We deliver to 99.4% of locations in India. Some locations which are remote may attract special delivery charges. Our customer care will connect a buyer in this case once the order is placed.

Shipping outside India 
We ship unframed artworks to all countries of the world. We request our international customers to frame the artwork locally in their country to save on shipping costs. Delivery time for regular destinations like the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, all of Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, and Gulf countries is around 3-5 days more than within India shipping time ie it may take 12-15 days for international shipping. For other destinations, it might take around 15-20 days more.

We charge a minimum shipping fee of US$ 62 or its equivalent in Euro per artwork for shipping outside of India. For bigger and heavy artworks the price will be higher and it reflects once you proceed to purchase. For customized art/craft work in custom sizes, we will provide a shipping quote based on the same.

International customers must note that our costs DO NOT cover Custom Clearance Fees and Custom Duties. If these are applicable, these charges would be collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery, or they might connect to you before delivery, for payments regarding the same. These charges vary from country to country and are subject to changes - hence we can't give you an estimate of the same. However, these are quite nominal. You can connect to shared courier customer care in your country and take further information.

Packaging 

We process high-grade packaging for all our shipments so that they could absorb jerks and stack weight in transit, - and reach you in safe and sound condition. Painting rolls are put in hard protective tubes and sealed at both ends.

In rare cases, if any of the artwork is lost or damaged in transit - we will happily offer you a refund. If the frame is delivered damaged we will offer a full refund of framing charges (in the case of framed artwork as ordered by a buyer).

Freight and Transportation

The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with all freight, shipping and other costs related to transporting the Art from the seller's location until unless in a promotion period, we are paying for the shipping charges. 

Ownership Transfer

The Art shall be and remain the risk of the artist until it is shipped to the buyer, and thereafter the risk shall shift to the buyer.
